Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 cup raisins
  • Yogurt with fruit

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a large baking pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, milk, and sugar. Whisk until well blended.

Add the peanut butter and whisk again until well blended. Tear the bread into 1 inch pieces and add to the mixture.

Add the raisins and gently mix. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.

Bake 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with topped with fruit yogurt. Makes 8 servings.
